Living room has much more space

We still have the fridge in the living room, but getting the hutch out
gives us much more space. Yay!

So we weren't quite accurate when we said we wouldn't post anything more 'til after Christmas. We got our dinning room pretty finished right before we started on travel for Christmas and wanted to share a couple of the pictures.

Steady and Sure

Lucas has been making steady progress in the kitchen. This week he is finishing the outlets, and repairing the drywall. It's looking good. I'm continually impressed with his abilities. I was assembling a little shelf to go in our master bathroom, and then I was chillin' with Amber. Such fun times!

More Work

Amber and I raked leaves this past Sunday. O.K....well...It was mostly me. Amber was just along for the "ride" and some fresh air. We were blessed with some warmer weather so we could finish the fall yard work, and Lucas finished framing the back door. (So nice he has
a miter saw now to help do the job).

This past weekend we were able to purchase and hang some curtains in the master bedroom and office/bedroom.

Amber likes to take her morning nap in mommy and daddy's big bed. She stays nice and warm and snugly amidst all the pillows and the down comforter. It's the perfect way to nap on a cold wintry morning.

Yes, G'pa and G'ma Larsen came all the way to PA for G'pa Smith's birthday and to see the family. How wonderful to have all the grandparents together for such a special occasion!
