Swim Team This Summer

The kids practice 4-5 mornings each week. Then we had our first meet in early June (5+ hours long). More to come. We hope for strong swimmers by end of summer. :)

Night in Oklahoma

After several days of Iowa Basic testing, we took a night away at an Oklahoma state park (and a nearby hotel). It's been so rainy that everything is quite green here still. The river was high. The lake and forests were beautiful! The tadpoles were abundant too. :)

 We enjoyed a paddleboat ride together.
