Feeding the Ducks
We went with our friends/neighbors (who have kids the EXACT same ages as our - same birth months - only they have a boy first and then a girl) over to the east side of the island, to the Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens. We had a great hike all together, fed the ducks, and our friends even caught a fish!

Special Times with Grandparents
Brent was trying to figure out Ma-Mum's sun visor. The kids LOVE when G'pa and Ma-Mum read them books. And Lucas of course had fun giving motorcycle rides that first day.

G'pa and Ma-Mum Smith Arrive
On January 5th, Grandpa and Ma-Mum Smith arrived for a visit. It's wonderful to have them here! Brent is fascinated with G'pa's beard, and Amber gave Ma-Mum a 48 second hug! (Typically Amber gives no more than "10 Second Hugs"). It's a special time for all of us. :-D
