Building Basement Toy/Game Shelving
This little cubby area under the basement stairs had nothing but one sad, lonely shelf. Lucas took that out and then built in 4 solid, deep, pine shelves in its place. Awesome basement storage now!

Fun Together
The 6 days with G'pa and Ma-mum went by too quickly. It was so great to have them in our home again. And one of the kids' new favorite activities now... London Bridges Falling Down. ;-)

Auntie Sara, G'pa and Ma-mum Larsen Visits Overlap
Auntie Sara was able to stay for an extra day and be here when G'pa and Ma-Mum arrived by plane from WI. It was so great to all have an evening together back in our townhouse!

Sisters' Date
Auntie Sara was visiting over Valentine's so... We had a sister date and checked out "Paint Your Own Pottery" in Fairfax. (This is something I've always wanted to do). It was so fun to paint and chat! We will pick up our pieces in a week.

Moving Back Home!
The day they unloaded all our stuff there was a "winter weather advisory" for icey-rain. But God graciouslly held off the precipitation during the hours the guys were unloading. We were thankful for that blessing! Three guys were done unloading by 1:30pm, and then...the unpacking began. ;-)

Before Saying "Goodbye for Now"
Before the Smiths headed back to PA, we enjoyed breakfast together. Uncle Owen was teaching Brent how to kick his hind legs like a horse.
Clara sure enjoys all her family!
We are happy to be on the mainland again and be CLOSER to all our family. It's not quite as hard to say "goodbye" anymore, for we know we will be together again soon. As G'pa and Ma-mum and Uncle Owen were leaving, Amber asked, "Who is taking them to the airport, Mommy?" She is so used to every visitor coming and going by plane like they always did in Hawaii.
