Larsen Family Visits - I

Two Saturdays ago, G'pa Paul, G'ma Maureen, Auntie Renee and Uncle Brian all drove out to VA for a week long visit. It was so wonderful to all be together. We all had a blast. Amber and Brent were devouring all the attention. (We sure missed Auntie Sara though - she's still in Germany for a few more months). Here are pictures from our first Sunday morning together, getting ready for church. (Sorry, Renee, we didn't snap any pictures of you that morning).

Our last day in State College, Amber, Brent and I met G'pa and G'ma at the Penn State Creamery. Yummm....bittermint chocolate chip!

While in State College over Easter break, Amber, Brent, G'ma Smith and I went to have a picnic lunch with G'pa Smith (at work) on the Penn State campus.

Moving to Hawaii

It's official. Lucas signed the contract with his company this morning. We Smiths are moving to Hawaii (Oahu) in the beginning of May, for two years! We are both excited and a bit sober about this next big adventure in our lives. Yet we are confident that God has been leading in this direction and, step by step, causing the pieces of the logistical puzzle to fall into place. We would all appreciate your continued prayers over the next weeks/months of transition. Thank you!

I have been on work travel this week and had some time to try out a few new photo editing techniques. Since much of photography is based on preference i would be curious to know which one of these pictures is peoples favorite. In this case i personally like #4 the best. You can either post a comment to the blog or reply in email if you want to vote.

And yes - more pictures of Brent are coming - i just don't have any on the computer i have with me at the moment.
