Thanksgiving Snow in PA

The day before Thanksgiving, the snow came. The kids enjoyed it!!

Got to PA Early

Because of the snowstorm that was forecasted for the DC area over Thanksgiving, we headed up to PA a couple days early. The roads were free and clear, and G'pa and G'ma were ready for us. :)

Clara is potty-training, so we brought her little potty along with us. She spent a good bit of time in G'pa and G'ma's bathroom, but...she was usually still smiling. She is making good progress with the training! We see that the end of diapers is in sight!!! :-D

Smiles

Getting ready for church. The girls' necklaces were sent from Lucas' cousins who wore them when they were little. Very special! Now those gals are in high school and college. 

Brent is even more ready for a walk in the woods with him camo jacket on. ;-) I can picture him as a hunter someday. 

Starting Bathroom Remodel

Just before everyone got really sick, Lucas started demolishing the kids' bathroom for the renovation.

Still Recovering

This has been a rough virus for Brent especially. He is still sick.  

But the girls have been better and playing together while Mommy tends to Brent. :)

We've all been circulating a cold/virus/cough amongst ourselves for the past 3 weeks. Praying for 100% health to return soon. :)

Amber was Cinderella, Brent a pirate, Clara was Rapunzel, and Daddy...as Clara said, "A Lizard!"

We went trick-or-treating with our neighbors friends. They were characters from the Lego Movie. (Jenn made all their costumes!)

Enjoying some treats afterward. The kids are super nice about sharing their chocolate, just "not the suckers." LOL.
