On to the Reception!

We had to make a pit stop at the hotel on the way to the reception because Clara got car sick. :( Lucas was amazing and hand-washed everything in the bathtub. :) Cleaned Clara up and her car seat, and... on to the party!

Uncle Owen and Aunt Maritza's Wedding Ceremony

The whole wedding was conducted in English and Spanish. It was beautiful!!

Wedding Rehearsal

The rehearsal was at Owen and Maritza's church in downtown Baltimore. 

Auntie Katelyn helped me entertain kids - such a blessing. :) Brent really liked talking with her.

Jumping for Joy!

We drove to Baltimore this past weekend for Uncle Owen's wedding. After the car ride, the kids were ready to get some energy out. We let them jump from bed to bed. ;-)

Amber Turns 6!

Amber wanted a pancake breakfast followed by birthday cupcakes. :)

We went to Burke Lake Park and let her pick one special activity. She opted for the train ride! 

[You can maybe see in my eyes, but I unfortunately had a bad headache this day].

Kids had fun at the playground afterward. 

Then, back at home, Daddy taught Amber how to play Battle Ship. She LOVED it!

And we rounded out the birthday celebration with strawberry-chocolate popsicles that Amber picked out.

Neighbor Noah's Pool Birthday Party

Last Sunday afternoon Lucas took Amber and Brent to the pool party. They had a great time because they are really learning to swim this summer! Amber even jumped off the diving board (to Daddy) for the first time! And Brent LOVES diving down (3ft) to retrieve his dinosaurs; he did it for almost 2 hours straight!

Mom and Dad are so proud of them!! ;-D 

Amber Returns Home!

She has an enthusiasm for reading her new Bible. So wonderful to read together!
